Thank you for shopping with Equine Innovations Inc.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. If the item you received has been damaged in shipment or is defective (subject to our inspection), we will pay for the return shipping costs.
For your protection please insure your return shipment.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return your order for a full refund of the item price within 30 days of receiving the item. Returns must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt or proof of purchase.
Only items purchased directly from Equine Innovations Inc. can be returned to us. If you purchased your item through another retailer please return your item to the original place of purchase.
Special orders and personalized items are not returnable.
Items sold “as-is” are not returnable.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment (credit card, check, cash, etc…).
Additional shipping charges such as priority or overseas charges are not refundable.
